Lucys Training's training philosophy is based on functional movements that help clients improve their overall fitness, mobility, and strength. The focus is on proper form and technique to prevent injuries and maximise results.
Lucys Training uses a variety of equipment, including unique functional equipment, free weights and cardio machines. Training programs are customised based on the client's goals and preferences.
Training sessions typically last 60 minutes, but can be adjusted based on the client's schedule and availability.
